Massachusetts parents sue college, say officers encouraged little ones to use new names, pronouns without consent

Parents are taking their kid’s faculty to courtroom, alleging lecturers encouraged their little ones to change their pronouns and names with no the parents’ knowledge.

Moms and dads Stephen Foote and Marissa Silvestri assert their little one was inspired by Ludlow Community University officers to adopt a new identify and various gendered pronouns. Mothers and fathers Jonathan Feliciano and Sandra Salmeron, who are also concerned in the match, allege the school’s insurance policies to withhold info from moms and dads about kid’s gender identities violates their parental and spiritual legal rights.
